Medications - (Non-Refundable)
All medications are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispensed. This policy wrists to protect the safety and integrity of all patients, and is consistent with state and federal pharmacy regulations. No exceptions can be made.
Did Not Qualify - (Refund Eligible)
If our clinical team determines you do not quality for weight loss medication following your consultation, you are eligible for a refund of your plan payment, minus a $50 consultation fee retained to cover the cost of your provider visit.
How the disqualification refund works
- You complete your telehealth intake and provider consultation after purchasing a plan.
- If the provider determines you do not meet the clinical criteria for a prescription, you will be notified promptly
- A refund of your plan cost minus the $50 consultation fee will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- No action is required on your part our team will initiate the refund automatically.
Example: If you purchased the Semaglutide plan at $100/month ($300 billed upfront for 3 months) and do not qualify, you would receive a refund of $250. The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable.
What is not covered by this policy
- Refunds are not available if medication has already been dispensed or shipped, regardless of whether it has been used.
- Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with results, side effects, or a decision to discontinue the program after medication has been issued
- Lab work fees, if applicable, are billed separately and are not refundable.
- The $50 consultation fee is non-refundable under all circumstances, including disqualification
